Focusing on continued education enables us to bring you high standards of safety and style, while providing consistent high quality care, professional pet styling, and daycare. We treat each and every pet with kindness, respect, and love, just as we would treat and spoil our own pets!


Does my pet need to be vaccinated?

To assist in providing a safe environment for all of our clients, we require that all pets be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Evidence of such vaccinations shall be provided by each pet owner, as necessary.

We require all owners to execute a services agreement which can be found can be found at the following Services Agreement link.  Please plan to bring the executed services agreement to your first appointment, along with your pet’s vaccination records. Alternatively, if you give us advance notice and consent, we can save you some hassle and call your veterinarian directly to obtain your pet’s vaccination records.

What time can I drop off my pet?

For Pet Styling and Bathing appointments you should plan to drop off your pet between 8-10am.

When should I expect to pick up my pet?

We will call you when your pet is finished with their services and you may either pick your pet up at that time, or let them spend the rest of the afternoon in our playcare facility.

The Pet Spaw has a prompt closing time of 6:00p.m. Therefore, if your pet is not picked up before this time, The Pet Spaw will transport your pet to a nearby overnight boarding facility, for a transfer fee of $65. In addition to the transport fee, the pet owner will assume boarding fees payable to the overnight boarding facility.

What if I need to cancel?

We are aware that situations may arise which require you to cancel your professional pet styling or daycare appointment. However, we do require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. If a 24-hour notice is not given, the base grooming or daycare fee will be charged and invoiced to you by mail.
